CHARACTER NAMEFran
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONFran is your typical Viera. She has their signature long ears, tipped with dark brown. She also is fairly tall, even without her high heels and the height of her ears. Her long white hair is tied up in a ponytail, but still fairly long despite it being held up. She also has the signature long nails on the tip of every finger.
She also wears high heels due to how Viera feet are. She is mostly covered in armor, though it is very scarce around her body. She has a thin sheet over her abdominal area. She also wears a helm, with holes for her ears. Most of her armor is black, but on her arms, there is some red. Though some of the material isn't metal, majority of it is. Her eyes are red.
CHARACTER PERSONALITYFran is not the emotional type nor the talkative type; that is Balthier's job to do the talking. She rarely displays any form of emotion outwardly, unless she considered them close, as Balthier is or even one of her siblings. Fran always, outside that, keeps her emotions in check, though notably, can become very distressed with the large presence of Mist.
Fran can seem to be lonely at times because, as a Viera, she has a natural longing for the Wood, but she had long lost the ability to hear the words of the Wood. If offended, Fran can come of as unnaturally cold. Though distant, Fran is loyal to ones she calls friends, and cares deeply for her sisters. She can also be seen showing happiness in subtle smiles or amusement, depending on the actions of her close friends.
CHARACTER HISTORYFran left her home in Eruyt village 50 years ago. During that period, she had met Balthier one way or another and she became his partner and fellow sky pirate. Fran gained her freedom, but over time, she started to lose her natural Viera abilities, such as speaking and hearing the Wood. However, she was always particularly sensitive about Mist.
Her adventure really kicked off with Ashe's so called suicide when they met said princess when escaping with Vaan. They were later captured and thrown into the Nalbina Prison. Luck had it that Fran could sense the way out and they broke free and continued their little merry adventure. Along this adventure, Fran came across the Dawn Shard and was unable to control herself, becoming fairly violent and attacked all her enemies with her bare hands.
Never had this moment occurred after that, but her friends always asked her if she was okay when in areas of heavy Mist. Later on, they had encountered magical barriers so they made a trip to Eruyt Village where she discovered one of her sisters went missing. They recovered her, and Fran had warned her of what happens if she should follow in her footsteps.
Later on, Fran and Balthier were aboard the Sky Fortress Bahumut as it fell and they were presumed dead. However, recently, it was revealed by Balthier in a letter, and also the missing Strahl, that this was not the case, and that the sky pirates were back. How would they react to this vastly different world? In the way only a sky pirate can; with gusto.

"Hello there. You've just arrived in the Distorted World. Why don't you tell me your name, and the first thought going through your head right now?""-Fran stares at the person and then looks around, and finds no Balthier with her. His presence would not leave her and she turns back.- Fran."
"That's certainly interesting... forgive me if I don't know what to say to that. So tell me, where are you from?""I am from Eruyt Village. No longer, however."
"Can't say I've ever heard of it. Well, tell me about yourself. What do you do? What are some of your likes and dislikes?""I enjoy my freedom, though the cost was great. The adventure and mystery as well. I regret my solitude. The words of the Wood, hearing it I miss. The mist is none too kind either."
"Ah, that's amazing! And not only do we have some things in common, you're quite the looker, too, aren't you?""-she gives no response-"
"There's no need to be shy. They always say, if you've got it, flaunt it, right? Anyway, enough about that. Who are you allied with?""I am a Sky Pirate. In your words, Vault Hunter."
"I'm sure you have your reasons... Oh, on another note, how tall are you?""Taller than six feet."
"Drat! Just four inches too tall. Although... hmm, would you mind if I asked you on a date? Don't worry, I'll buy.""No. -she seems cold and wishes not to respond anymore-" (Making her straight)
"Finding a venue might be a bit difficult, anyway, since I have no idea where we are... tell me where this is, again?""Archades."
"Ah, how could I forget? I'd love to vacation here someday, when it's not so foggy... It's scenic, you know?""-she gives a short nod in response-"
"Well, thank you for the lovely conversation! I'm afraid I'll have to be leaving you, though, since I'm going to explode in about three seconds anyway. Buh-bye now!""-she betrays a brief moment of shock at the explosion, but soon recovers to resume her search of Balthier and the Strahl-"

RP SAMPLEFlorinda had gotten fairly used to this world quite rapidly. It must be her adventurer's blood. Sure, she could probably have been like her parents and be a scientist, but she had the want to explore as well. She must've developed it over the years. Besides, her scientific mind came to machines, how they worked, parts, and the like.
Despite not knowing where she was and if anyone was still alive, including the Nedian android she was investigating, she knew she had to press on. When she wasn't with the anti-slavery group, she had to learn how to be a solo bounty hunter of sorts, in search of androids of course to De-commission them.
Basically, she classified as a bounty hunter, a thief, a bandit, or anything along those lines. She did them all. So she was making the best with what she got. Currently, she was running some odd jobs here and there as a bounty hunter. That's what she's going to be known for here.
She needed the money for either repairing the ship, if she ever found it, or purchasing a new one to begin some life anew thing. Even without her revenge or the anti-slavery group being around anymore, she was sure she could find meaning in this land somewhere - perhaps starting with learning the technology of this land.
It was unlike her, but she turned to look in an alleyway, for no real rhyme or reason, and caught a figure there and she stopped, having almost completely missed them. She backed up to stare into the alleyway. Parts of him was missing (she noted it was probably due to him wearing a form or red/yellow) but she could make out he was male and quite young.
That was the only judgement she was going to make, outside the fact the person seemed to look slightly disoriented. Florinda fixed her sunglasses, mostly to make sure they stayed on her face as she approached the smaller boy, looking down at him. "You look a bit confused. You okay?"
Her voice was level and neutral. After all, if there was one thing she learned as one of those above descriptions of her, it was that she should trust no one. Still, there was a question on her mind. "If you don't mind me asking, but have you seen a...android in somewhat fancy clothing?"
She would have normally not been as blunt, but she had recently come to a realization. She had a look over Nayru and if they crashed, which Florinda assumed they did despite being out during the actual crashing, she would but the most likely to survive, even if the ship exploded. So there may be someone out there that has seen her...
