In the deepest levels of Norfair, there are tunnels where the heat is even more intense and where technology starts to show itself. The Space Pirate commander Ridley resides here, and he personally kills anyone stupid enough to bumble in. The tech stored here is worth a lot, and plenty of it is useful for an adventurer capable of driving the monster off.
