Maybe the four founding members could meet when they all take the same hunt and work together. So they are like "hey we should keep doing this team work thing."
Do we have four people that would be interested in being founding members?

I agree with having Beatrix as one of the founding members; her task of locating Queen Garnet will likely end up as a group objective. Hope seems viable as well; sad as it sounds, he can be the team's brain.
Neither of my two characters are appropriate. Minwu's older and has experience with advising/leading a group, but he'd rather do just the former when possible; think of him as the mediator. Sephiroth has the military edge over most others, but honestly, he couldn't be bothered.
I actually nominate Squall as one of the founders. His character has experience leading a 6-man team, plus that entire Balamb Garden commander episode.

Are all of you still in need of a summoner (who also uses black magic)? I'm sure Rydia would give a helping hand with anything, really, and would glad to even help fellow members when their summon matches finally come around. ^^ So, yay or nay on her assisting?
