CHARACTER NAMESquall Leonhart
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONSquall is a slightly tall young adult standing at 5'8 with shoulder length brown hair, He is most often seen wearing a distinctive black leather bomber jacket with fur trim on the collar and a v-neck white shirt underneath. He wears black pants along with three interconnecting belts and black boots and gloves. He has a silver chain necklace with a Griever pendant and a matching ring.
Squall is also commonly seen with his Gunblade strapped to his side, for protection and fashion. Occasionally he may switch his outfit for something of similar style. Of course he wears a leather jacket, however this jacket lacks sleeves and the fur trim on the collar while having red wings on the back and a red griever symbol on his left shoulder, his black pants also sport a vertical zipper going down the side of each leg. He also wears three brown belts on his left forearm and has three buckles on his right and left thigh.
CHARACTER PERSONALITYSquall is a very broody and taciturn young man who commonly shies away from others, although he covers it up with his lone wolf persona. But those who do come to know Squall as a friend will find a slightly warmer side, although if one expects him to become talkative . . . Disappointment will follow.
In conversations with people he does not know, he will either stay silent or give a few words in exchange. He will not pursue a friendship upon meeting someone new, he will most likely shun the person and give them the cold shoulder instead to drive them away as he has almost no interest in getting to know anyone in this new world. However if you pursue him long enough annoy him he may accept you eventually and be incline to help in times of need.
CHARACTER HISTORYA dead mother, a missing father, a sister taken away, how could anyone expect the young boy to grow up like any other child? It didn't take long for the boy to grow distant from others and not take part of conversations or games like the others did, this behavior in turn caused the other children who lived with him to start ignoring him which did not help the situation.
It took some time for Squall to leave the orphanage, taken in by Cid, the headmaster of Balamb Garden. It didn't take long for Squall to become interested in combat, as he would only need himself to rely on instead of others.
Many years later Squall grew up to be known as the 'lone wolf' of Balamb Garden, as well as being one of the very few masters of the Gunblade. At this Garden he met (or reunited) with some odd individuals who would change his life for the better, along with Seifer who would become his rival in life.
After a short mission in Dollet, Squall along with three others became apart of SEED, a mercenary military force. It was at the inauguration ball where he met the girl who would change his life forever, and open his heart to others once more.
It was after this first meeting that Squall found out this girl, named Rinoa, would become the first client he would work with for SEED as she requested the aide from Balamb Garden to liberate Timber from Galbadia. It was along this journey that Squall and the others began having dreams of being other people, Laguna, Kiros and Ward, three soldiers in the past. Rinoa's request however would turn Squalls life upside down, along with everyone else even remotely related to the situation. Squall himself took a major wound to his right shoulder by the Sorceress Edea when the attempted to assassinate her after the hired sniper had failed.
It was afterwards that Seifer was a traitor who now worked for the Sorceresses. Squall's rival tortured him for information after his wound had healed, but the SEED endured long enough to be saved and escape imprisonment for a return trip to Balamb Garden.
After saving the Garden itself from a missile launch and Norg, Squall took control of the newly transformed mobile Balamb Garden. When the Garden crashes into Fishermans Horizon due to a lack of a steering device, Squall and his group are ordered to act as ambassadors and enact a formal apology. Mayor Dobe, the leader of the pacifist city, tells them to leave immediately, as their presence can only cause destruction. Galbadian soldiers invade the town and Dobe heads off to discuss peacefully with the soldiers. The soldiers do not listen and Squall is forced to fight the soldiers in order to save Dobe's life. During the fight, Squall and his team reunite with the Missile Base team, of which they had no word until then. In a rare display, Squall shows himself very happy they are alive and well, something Rinoa does not fail to notice. After the battle, Dobe grudgingly accepts the team's apology, and orders the city's technicians to restore Balamb Garden to full functionality.
Shortly after that, Cid reveals he is sorceress Edea's husband, and presents his resignation as Director of Balamb Garden, appointing Squall as the Garden's Commander and leader, a decision Squall is not at all pleased with.
They eventually head to the destroyed Trabia Garden, Selphie's home Garden. While waiting for Selphie's return and due to a segment in Rinoa's conversation, Irvine starts telling everyone about their past together in the orphanage, which they had all forgotten (except for Irvine, of course) due to a side effect attributed to using Guardian Forces; memory loss. Remembering everything about their childhoods, the team recognize sorceress Edea as their Matron. The team decides to defeat Edea in spite of the past, and the Garden embarks to the old orphanage in search for clues.
Balamb Garden is intercepted by the similarly mobile Galbadia Garden and the Battle of the Gardens ensues. Squall leads Balamb's defense, at one point giving a heartfelt speech to Balamb's SeeD and cadets, encouraging them to fight on. Squall and his team infiltrate Galbadia Garden, defeating Seifer once more and challenging Edea to a final battle, ending in sorceress Edea's defeat and Rinoa becoming comatose. It turns out Edea had been possessed the whole time and did not act of her own free will.
Concerned over Rinoa's state Squall decides to search for Ellone, the girl whom had been sending them into the past before. Squall wants Ellone to send him back in time to see what happened to Rinoa, so he can find a way to stop her from becoming comatose. Edea reveals the sorceress they had been fighting was not her, but Ultimecia, a sorceress from the far future who wants to merge time into a single existence through time compression, using Edea as a puppet. Being from the future, Ultimecia had no way of accomplishing her goals without a vessel to exist within. Therefore, she used Edea's body as a vessel to house her mind and spirit.
After learning from the White SeeD that Ellone is in Esthar, Squall and his party along with Edea make their way into the mysterious nation that has had no contact with the outside world for 17 years. After learning Ellone has gone to the Lunar Base Squall and Rinoa are sent to the Esthar space-station. Squall meets up with Ellone and begs her to send him back in time so he can save Rinoa, but Ellone tells Squall she has learned it's impossible to change the past. She still promises to try, but as Squall takes Ellone to see Rinoa, Ultimecia suddenly takes possession of Rinoa and uses her to free sorceress Adel from her space-bound tomb. After releasing Adel, Ultimecia leaves Rinoa to die in space. The station is evacuated as the Lunar Cry begins. Squall decides to save Rinoa and, ignoring everyone's warnings, jumps into space to catch her.
Squall catches Rinoa in space and the two come across an abandoned spaceship called Ragnarok, which they use to return to the planet. During their journey Squall learns Rinoa has inherited Edea's Sorceress Power and has become a sorceress herself. The land base informs them Rinoa is to be seized upon returning to Esthar. Squall lets Esthar take her into custody, but after being forced into reason by his friends, he breaks into the Sorceress Memorial where Rinoa is being held. He frees her and the team heads back to Edea's Orphanage. Rinoa is pessimistic about the future, but Squall promises to be her Knight even if all the world was her enemy. Squall and Rinoa promise to meet at the field behind the orphanage in case they should be parted.
They get called back to Esthar and find Laguna has become Esthar's president and that Ellone has been taken captive inside the Lunatic Pandora. Laguna, together with Dr. Odine, has developed a plan to stop Ultimecia once and for all.
Using Ragnarok, they invade the Lunatic Pandora and save Ellone. After Fujin and Raijin, Seifers old friends, unsuccessfully try to convince Seifer to stop serving Ultimecia, Squall and his friends are forced to fight through Seifer and shortly after, Adel. With no other body to possess, Ultimecia takes over Rinoa, which gives Ellone the opportunity to send Ultimecia's mind further back in time. Ultimecia begins the time compression, which allows for Squall and his friends to travel to the future. After defeating her most powerful minions and making it through the puzzles and traps of her castle, the group finally confronts Ultimecia.
After an epic final battle that traverses time and space, Ultimecia finally meets her demise. Time compression is stopped at Ultimecia's defeat and the time begins to revert back to its original form. Ultimecia and Squall go back in time and appear at Edea's Orphanage where Squall meets Edea and implants the ideas of SeeD and Garden.
After witnessing the moment in which Ultimecia passes on her Sorceress Power to Edea, Squall falls back into the compressed time. Squall tries to find his way back to the field where he and Rinoa promised to meet, but is trapped in the Void where he nearly dies. Rinoa uses her sorceress powers to find him and brings him back home, alive.
It was soon after that Squall found himself in a whole new world, he had traveled all across his own world and had not seen an area such as the one he appeared in. He assumed he would be rejoining his friends, but he found himself in a hollow world. He can remember just about everything but a certain person that is the most important to him... the love of his life.

"Hello there. You've just arrived in the Distorted World. Why don't you tell me your name, and the first thought going through your head right now?""Distorted World?" He glared at the man. "Are you some kind of Sorceress?" (Squall Leonhart)
"That's certainly interesting... forgive me if I don't know what to say to that. So tell me, where are you from?""I'm not going to give any answers to you until I have some of my own." (VIII world, Balamb)
"Can't say I've ever heard of it. Well, tell me about yourself. What do you do? What are some of your likes and dislikes?""You should stop talking, it makes you sound stupid." (He's a SEED, also the commander of Balamb Garden. He likes Griever, leather, Gun blades, his friends, getting things done, relaxing, silence and Chocobo. He dislikes being in command and having others look toward him for advice along with anyone who manipulates time and space.)
"Ah, that's amazing! And not only do we have some things in common, you're quite the looker, too, aren't you?""Whatever."
"There's no need to be shy. They always say, if you've got it, flaunt it, right? Anyway, enough about that. Who are you allied with?""They're is no way I'll let this distorted world stay as it is." (Soldier of Light)
"I'm sure you have your reasons... Oh, on another note, how tall are you?""It doesn't matter." (5'8)
"Drat! Just four inches too tall. Although... hmm, would you mind if I asked you on a date? Don't worry, I'll buy.""Don't even try." (Pansexual.)
"Finding a venue might be a bit difficult, anyway, since I have no idea where we are... tell me where this is, again?""I have no idea. . " (Narshe Mines)
"Ah, how could I forget? I'd love to vacation here someday, when it's not so foggy... It's scenic, you know?"... "Is he an idiot?"
"Well, thank you for the lovely conversation! I'm afraid I'll have to be leaving you, though, since I'm going to explode in about three seconds anyway. Buh-bye now!""..." He turned and walked away, leaving the moron to explode.

RP SAMPLEA pair of ice blue eyes looked into the distance, watching the sun set across the ocean. The SEED enjoyed the sight with slight emotions running through his mind, the view had reminded him of Balamb as it was so close to the sea. The rich scent of the ocean and the casual sounds from seagulls were so nostalgic to him, he couldn't really remember the last time he could relax like this.
Squall sighed and gazed into the sky, so many things had happened after the battle. He woke up in a strange world to find himself... Older. He couldn't believe it at first but the fact that he was involved with time travel made things more believable.
"I wonder how the others are doing?" He thought, wondering if his friends were stuck in this world as well... Or if he was the only one left behind in this lonely world.
A small bit of movement caught his gaze, of course he usually would look for any source of movement in case of some random monster appearing on him like normal. But instead he found a young girl on the sand, resting apparently on her notepad. Did she not have a home here? The SEED decided to walk over to her, he always had a soft spots for abandoned kids.
"Hey, are you okay?" He asked, honestly his tone of voice didn't show much compassion but that's the kinda guy he was. He never sounded as worried as he actually was.
