CHARACTER NAMEScara Ann Roshinto
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONScara is best known for her somewhat long, chocolate brown hair, with eyes to match. She's short, only coming at around 4'9" and fairly thin. She has a pale complexion, but not ghostly white. She is almost always seen with a long white gown, that seems a little too big on her.
On the top of her dress is a blue bow, tied in the middle of her chest. She also wears what seemed like a lapis lazuli necklace, hung around by a silver chain. She wears white flats for easy movement and mobility. Her dress is quite long and her sleeves often hide her hands. How it never dirties is a mystery.
CHARACTER PERSONALITYScara is kind, caring, sweet, and gentle. She almost never gets angry or does she get very loud. Her kind spirit seems to radiate around her, almost angelic-like. Scara would never hurt someone intentionally, and would rather hurt herself than injure others, whether it is physically or emotionally.
However, she is very shy, but once she gets to know someone, her friendliness has no bounds. She is extremely trusting and forgiving. She tends to be very harsh on herself, showing her lack of self esteem. She's also very innocent, missing most dirty or underlying subliminal messages.
Overall, Scara is known to be very 'cute' and 'adorable' by those she meets and she's very easy to talk to and hang around with. If you can stand her constant apologies then friendship with her will be literally limitless. However, Scara knows pain and may find herself depressed at times, despite her cheery nature.
CHARACTER HISTORYScara was born into the Roshinto family, a family that has a guardian known as Vento, a spirit that is rumored to have created the wind and air, as people breathe and know today. Because of her natural affinity to Vento, she also has a certain affinity to nature itself, enjoying what nature has to offer, the monsters, and the animals alike.
She was a perfectly happy and normal child with a younger sibling. However, tragedy struck when her mother and father were killed, seemingly at random, and their house burned. Fortunately, her and her little brother were out picking flowers, but the assassin had noticed them on their way home and went for the kill.
Scara was supposed to be the first one, but her brother intervened, sacrificing himself, in front of 10-year-old Scara. Before she too fell to the assassin, the assassin was killed by an unknown person, known as Akira now. Akira not only rescued her but gave her refuge and the two, despite the rocky start, became best friends.
Akira and Scara share a mother-daughter relationship. During their five years together, Scara was taught in the ways of battle, turning out to be natural with both magic, which Akira had never done, and physical combat. Scara gained the weapons of her mother, a symbol of Vento's covenant with her family.
However, the five years of peace was broken when a second entity revealed itself, Sonia. Scara was out by herself when she was ambushed by this unknown person. Akira, like the protective hawk she was, instantly defended her. Dizzy from her encounter with the older sister, she lost consciousness.
When she woke, both of them were not in sight and she also noted the lack of strength within her, and her ability to talk to Vento was cut off as well, making her feel truly alone in the world that was slowly drifting apart. She also took note she had no idea where she was. In physical and emotional pain, Scara was forced to search for her lost friend, and her lost companion that had never left her since birth.

"Hello there. You've just arrived in the Distorted World. Why don't you tell me your name, and the first thought going through your head right now?""Uh...-she groggily looks up, looking around- Ahh...ow...My name is...Scara and um...where..."
"That's certainly interesting... forgive me if I don't know what to say to that. So tell me, where are you from?""Ahh...I'm from Gran Pulse but...this looks different...my home...-she slowly stands up, testing her strength- W-What happened...? Akira...?"
"Can't say I've ever heard of it. Well, tell me about yourself. What do you do? What are some of your likes and dislikes?""-she looks around, confused.- Well...I--I like my friends...and I like to swim too. I like to sing too but...the last time I did that I...-she looks down solemnly- I don't like...this feeling. I haven't ever been alone before but now that I am It...it's such a horrible feeling I--...I don't like killing.
There...there's never any reason to be violent! And I also don't like eating meat..."
"Ah, that's amazing! And not only do we have some things in common, you're quite the looker, too, aren't you?""-she straightens up, a mad blush growing on her face- I...but um..."
"There's no need to be shy. They always say, if you've got it, flaunt it, right? Anyway, enough about that. Who are you allied with?""Um...I'm just---I'm just trying to...I'm not with anyone.(Survivor)"
"I'm sure you have your reasons... Oh, on another note, how tall are you?""4'9"."
"Drat! Just four inches too tall. Although... hmm, would you mind if I asked you on a date? Don't worry, I'll buy.""Um...! W-Well...I...um...(She's straight, but could stray to bisexual if coaxed to it.)"
"Finding a venue might be a bit difficult, anyway, since I have no idea where we are... tell me where this is, again?""This place...looks so much like Sunleth Waterscape. But it's...different."
"Ah, how could I forget? I'd love to vacation here someday, when it's not so foggy... It's scenic, you know?""Yes...it was beautiful. It still is...-she momentarily forgets her pain to look at it.-"
"Well, thank you for the lovely conversation! I'm afraid I'll have to be leaving you, though, since I'm going to explode in about three seconds anyway. Buh-bye now!""Wait! Don't go--ah..."

RP SAMPLEBrown eyes opened as her vision was incredibly foggy, making them close again. She opened them again as they cleared, seeing the bright clear skies. The skies she knew and loved. When she lifted herself up, the landscape did not fit the skies. She knew those skies, and yet, her home was different.
She recognized bits and pieces of it, but the large research facilities, the strange looking river type thing connecting to the place, and the fact everything seemed much more...darker...maybe her feel foreign. This was no longer the Gran Pulse she knew and loved. Pain shot through Scara as she let out a silent gasp, she looked at herself.
Parts of her dress were dirty and bloody as she looked at herself more, trying to pinpoint the source of her pain. The battle she had before she laid unconscious flew by her mind in that instant. Her arms and legs had various scratches and her side was torn open, but it wasn't serious nor deep.
She also felt parts of her skin burn, most likely from being hit by the electrical attacks from Sonia. She slowly got up, testing the strength of her legs. They wobbled but was able to hold her light weight as she bent over and retrieved her weapons. she put them away as she looked around.
There was no evidence of fight anywhere, which alarmed her the most. Akira was always such a messy fighter that...speaking of which. "Akira?" Her throat felt patchy and dry, but the fear and concerned was still there. She received no response. She looked around frantically. "Akira!" She called out again, her voice pitching.
No response.
