MAGIC ITEMArcane Ring || A ring that Arkiel imbued with power before arriving in the Distorted world, it reduces the post cooldown of all castable spells by one post. SIGNATURE ABILITYA manifestation of Ars’ existence in the distorted world, this ability appears as a black aura around him and allows Ars to reduce damage from most damage types. Physical and most Magic attacks all receive a damage reduction of 50% when used on Ars; with the exception of White Magic and Arcane Magic. White magic does not heal Ars in any case; instead it harms him for +50% damage. (When calculating damage, if there is a decimal, if the decimal is above “.5” always round up.) (It is possible for an enemy to disable this passive ability in battle by casting Esuna or Esunaga on Ars. The disable lasts for 2 posts only, however.)[Passive]

I am okay with the signature ability. As far as the ring goes, there are some spells with only a 1 post cool down, so maybe have the ring only work on spells with a 2 post cool down or higher.

I've thought about that, and the thing is, the Vengence ability in the passive black magic abilities reduces cooldowns of black magic spells by 1 post without addressing those that have only a 1 post cooldown. I figured it would make those basic spells castable once per post. The effect of the Ring wouldn't affect those spells whose cooldown is practically null, it would just reduce all others by 1 post.
