While the hurricane raged outside tragedy struck within the walls of Greenville.
Raiders who had amassed their forces within the fortress finally struck, slaughtering
survivors were they to resist, and performing unspeakable acts on those who did
not. Supplies and weapons were pillaged from the dead hands of those who chose
to fight back. Survivors fled in terror, leaving the city behind in flames. Back into
the wilderness they were forced, taking shelter amongst the forest as the journey
south continues. Along the way there have been radio transmissions, picked up
on vehicle radios, through personal AM/FM radios, and even through police
communication channels, hijacked to give warning about a safety installation in
Houston County. Robins Air Force Base has begun their own broadcasts, calling in
survivors and raiders alike, offering food and shelter — protection from the apocalypse
their claimed priority. But something isn't right, and survivors who pass through the
gates are never seen, nor heard from again.
