'Finally all those little snacks ran off.' Akira thought to herself, growling as the last of the children took to the canoe and sailed off to the larger island. The island was quiet and very dark, probably due to the fact that is was at night. When nothing else was within sight or within her hearing range, Akira slipped out, limping out of the fog.
When her body emerged from there, a heavy burden on her was suddenly lifted. 'I knew it...' She thought as she looked at the spot. Though he could barely see, she could see quite a pool of blood. She looked at herself. She could smell the scent of blood from her, but most of it had dried and was now caked on her body.
A bath would have been in order...but she had to do so, ironically, in secret; if there was any night prowlers, she would be in danger if she didn't, but if there was someone else on this island, then she would be spotted. This was an island after all. t wasn't much she could do if she wanted to run...
------
Akira sighed as she slipped a new dress on her. At least she managed, somehow, to bring a spare change of clothes. Her red dress hung out to dry and she shouldn't stay out in the open. Akira listened for anyone. Satisfied, leaving her dress behind, she slipped into the shadow of the 'treehouse' behind the island.
Akira entered the said treehouse and looked down. Her dress wasn't in plain sight, being hidden on the root of said tree. This looked like a safe place to rest. She also needed to sort her wings out. She hadn't had the time, nor the nerve, to bandage it during the day and no supplies until now. 'is there anything that i can use to bandage it?'
Without care, she may never be able to fly again, and that was dangerous. Lowering her guard for a brief moment, she went on to search the inside of the treehouse in search for anything he could use.
